About Victoria

I'd describe my personality as energetic, positive, and creative. I like working with kids because I enjoy fostering growth and development while being a positive role model. I'm looking for a job that provides a consistent schedule with opportunities to grow and learn as an individual. I started working with kids when I began volunteering in church childcare at 12 years old. At 15, I volunteered for an afterschool program which then turned into my first paid childcare position. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children and my husband. I also enjoying being creative by painting, crocheting, and scuplting. One thing you should know about me is that I am passionate about providing inclusive and affirming care. My experience comes from providing care to special needs individuals ranging in ages from 2-49 and believe that accommodations can benefit anybody regardless of age or abilities. My skills include creative play, behavioral support, and consistent routines.
