I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. My approach prioritizes the individual, fostering a trusting and safe environment through open communication and honesty. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, adapting to your preferred communication style. Patient, empathetic, and friendly, I treat those in my care like family.
