I am a professional childcare provider who specializes in care for neurodivergent children and children who live with mental illness, physical disability and trauma. I have many years of experience working with such kids in a variety of settings, and have developed a trauma informed, child-led, co-regulated, gentle parenting approach that fosters connection and understanding. Additionally, I am Audhd myself. Understanding neurodivergence has been my autistic special interest for several years. As such I am continually educating myself on current theories and practices supported by the neurodivergent community.
