Currently staffed as full time operations manager. I am available on a part time basis for household tasks needed! Some of my current tasks that I do on a regular basis are stated below: Visited residential properties and prepared homes for clients' arrival for short term and long term rentals. Coordinated residential property operations and prepared homes for clients. Verified income, assets and expenses and completed file tracking sheet for each applicant. Monitored progress of maintenance projects and notified appropriate individuals of project updates, delays and scheduling. Promptly responded to tenant complaints and concerns for over 250 properties. Researched, proposed and implemented vendor agreements to decrease costs and improve services. Prepared and staged properties for customers. Liaised between property owners and tenants about expectations, paperwork, payments and other logistics.
