About Victoria

My journey in childcare began by helping my sister care for her 4 children. I have since worked in a variety of settings, including a private home daycare, as a private nanny, & within an elementary school. The families I work best with value clear expectations & maintain healthy boundaries around technology. I have the most experience caring for children from infancy through age 5, but I am also comfortable working with children ages 6 to 12. When possible, I prioritize outdoor play & hands-on activities, & I value relationships built on mutual respect & playfulness. I currently work on an organic vegetable & flower farm & have a background in visual arts, both of which I enjoy sharing with children whenever appropriate. I take my role as a caregiver to heart & treat families as I would my own. I see my character as an important example for growing children & hope to support families who share similar values. It takes a village to raise children, & I hope to be part of yours.
