Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to this fulfilling career. I have three years of experience providing respite care, live-in home care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment for care recipients. I provide verbal and written updates to families, and I always follow their preferred communication methods. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have a college degree.
