In terms of my babysitting experiences, for four years I was employed by a family friend to care for two younger aged (3, 5) children from up to 5-7 hours and learned how to communicate with a client, follow instructions carefully, and care for children better. For two summers, I worked for the School District Extended School Year Program for the Special Education, where I helped organize, prepare, and plan assignments and activities for students. With this job, I also learned to supervise over activities and personally assist children struggling to complete assignments and other everyday tasks. Currently work in special education as a behavioral interventionist and have prior background working as registered behavioral technician following ABA therapy guidelines.

Victoria was very attentive, caring, and kind to my kids at all times. She has cared for my kids for 4 years and during all those years, she has treated them as if they were her own family. She not only watched my kids, but she always played with them, talked to them, and taught them all kinds of songs and games. She is also firm so she will ensure that the kids complete their homework, chores, and responsibilities before anything else. She has always been punctual, reliable, and sensitive to all of my kids' needs. Victoria has always shown herself to be a genuine and wonderful role model for children to look up to.
