I started caring for seniors at an early age because in our traditional setting, we take care of our grandparents. It all began with family, and the passion turned into a career. In my spare time, I love to cook, bake and listening to inspirational books. I can’t recommend Victoria highly enough - her attention to detail and ability to read a situation is unrivaled, and she manages to fulfill or exceed the job requirements all while keeping a smile not only on her face but on everyone else’s as well! She’s forged a strong bond with my 85 yr old father who is suffering from Parkinson’s/Lewy Body dementia, keeping him safe physically as well as engaged in far flung, often laughter-filled conversation. It’s been a challenging time for the family and Victoria has navigated the complex and sometimes tense dynamics with calm, discretion, and characteristic good humor; when help is needed she’ll be there before you can call, and when some privacy is in order she’ll be close by but allowing space. Victoria is an absolute pro and we’re so thankful to have her!
