I can’t recommend Victoria highly enough - her attention to detail and ability to read a situation is unrivaled, and she manages to fulfill or exceed the job requirements all while keeping a smile not only on her face but on everyone else’s as well!   She’s forged a strong bond with my 85 yr old father who is suffering from Parkinson’s/Lewy Body dementia, keeping him safe physically as well as engaged in far flung, often laughter-filled conversation.  It’s been a challenging time for the family and Victoria has navigated the complex and sometimes tense dynamics with calm, discretion, and characteristic good humor;  when help is needed she’ll be there before you can call, and when some privacy is in order she’ll be close by but allowing space.  Victoria is an absolute pro and we’re so thankful to have her!

Victoria has been a lifesaver for me and my family. We've relied upon her heavily as my Dad has been declining physically and cognitively. We had many caregivers quit on us before Victoria. She is patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and has a quiet, calm, and cheerful presence. She also gets both my parents laughing which is no small task! Victoria is an amazing caregiver. She helped us care for our mom at our home for the last year+ my mom was alive before she passed away at home in Sept ‘24. Victoria took excellent care of my mom with dementia in my mother’s home for approximately a year.  She was dependable, knowledgeable and compassionate.  My mom was confined to a wheelchair.  Some of Victoria’s duties included changing and dressing my mom, lifting her from her bed to a chair, feeding her and giving her medications.  Victoria would also wash my mom’s sheets and clothes and make her bed.  Our family was grateful to have her care for my mom until she passed away.

Victoria and her sisters assisted my siblings and stepmother with the care of my elderly Dad in his home, both before and after a terminal illness diagnosis.

When it was apparent that 24/7 care was needed, Victoria and her sisters stepped in to share the shifts to provide round the clock care for my Dad; this arrangement provided the support that my stepmother needed and provided a sense of comfort for me and my siblings.

I worked in the field of human services for many years and have had the good fortune of knowing the type of skills that effective caregivers have. Victoria possesses incredible intuition and compassion and is wonderfully skilled as a caregiver. 

Victoria was always respectful, cheerful, kind, and loving. The effective manner in which she cared for my Dad was a comfort to me and my siblings and when he passed away, it was clear that Victoria was genuinely sad at his passing.

Victoria is one of the most fantastic human beings on this planet. She was my grandfathers caregiver for more than 6 years. You would be hard pressed to find that trust, peace of mind, or that one on one care you want for your loved ones anywhere else, but she has it. It's not just a job, she was made for this. She was born to help others feel comfortable, safe, and at ease. My family is so blessed that she's been a part of ours lives during the years of my grandfathers care and since his passing in 2015. We still keep in touch to this day still. We talk and we laugh on video calls, that's genuine care giving, that's family. Victoria is and always will be family and is unmatched in all categories of human decency. Caregiving is one of the most difficult jobs and Victoria makes it look easy. She is a true soldier. My husband was in hospice care at home. My daughters and I were looking for someone to provide some additional care. When Victoria came to our house to meet us and my husband, I saw a kind and understanding person. He had dementia, and Victoria was thoughtful, kind and respectful when she spoke with him. She was very professional in talking with us about his care, and our expectations. We knew immediately we would like to hire her. Sadly, before we could make arrangements, my husband passed away.
