About Victoria

Hi! I'm a warm and dependable caregiver with both personal and professional experience supporting others. I've cared for family members, which really shaped how I approach this work--with patience, compassion, and a lot of respect for each person's dignity and independence. I currently work as a social worker and have experience supporting seniors in outpatient settings, including helping with daily living skills and providing emotional support. I've also worked with individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and mental health needs, which has taught me how important it is to meet people where they are and adjust to their unique needs and personalities. For me, caregiving is about more than just helping with tasks--it's about building a genuine connection. I take the time to get to know each person, so they feel comfortable, understood, and not alone.
