Hi! I'm Victoria, a college student at College in New Haven, CT who loves working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and caring environment for them to grow. I'm patient, responsible, and full of positive energy. I've worked as a camp counselor, daycare assistant, and au pair -- and I truly enjoy helping kids feel happy, supported, and heard. I'm great at setting routines, planning fun activities, and handling challenging moments with calm and empathy. I'm also bilingual in English and Portuguese, and I value open communication with both kids and parents.
