I am a CNA with a passion for caregiving, I am trying to branch out from nursing home work as that is not the demographic I most prefer. I also am trying to get away from such a short staffed hectic environment, a 1:3 (or less!) ratio would be an absolute step up from 1:15+. I took 1 year of ECE in highschool, during that class I volunteered at a daycare in the toddler room and gathered my first set of caregiving skills. It was there that I realized my love for caregiving.
