I reserve 5 stars for exceptional performance that is far beyond expectations. Victoria is skilled with the Hoyer lift. She can take care of the urine drainage bag and she is very good at wound care. I find her most cooperative, pleasant and eager to learn. She has come up with ideas that make the task of caregiving easier and more efficient. Victoria is also very good at keeping records.
