Hi I'm Victoria! I'm 33 and have over 12 years of experience as a nanny. I work with kids of all ages, but I prefer to care for infants. Because I mainly work with newborns and infants, I tend to be a family's first nanny, so I know how difficult that transition can be for parents and I'm happy to do whatever you need to feel comfortable (open communication is key!).
