I had met Miss I after she went to a church service with her mother. I had been looking for a caregiver for my Grammy for quite a while, but there was just not a fit. After talking to her mother, I was convinced to give Miss I a message and see if she would be interested. I had had several bad instances before and wasn’t expecting much positivity, but I was wrong. She didn’t just read my Grammy off a paper. She interacted with her and got to know her. She was one of the only people who can make my Grammy laugh. If we could’ve, we would’ve taken her with us when we moved. She made a lasting impression for sure.
