Victoria is THE best! She has been our nanny and part of the family since our son was 3 months old (he is now almost 2). She is extremely patient, kind, loving, caring, and playful. She has excellent proactive communication. We trust Victoria completely with all aspects of our sons care - including driving him to go on fun adventures. She loves to be outside at the park. She was so helpful in introducing our son to solid foods, transitioning to milk, getting on a solid sleep schedule and is now teaching him many words daily! Our son is obsessed with her and waits by the door for her to arrive daily. Cannot say enough how great Victoria is as a human and a nanny!
