Hello and welcome to my profile! I have been a nanny regularly for the past decade while doing undergrad and grad schoolwork. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, school aged children, and middle schoolers. Through these jobs, I became very comfortable changing diapers, comforting children, telling stories, and making up games to keep them occupied. I also did light housework and laundry. I am very active and love the outdoors, so I really enjoy introducing kids I care for to these activities and taking them outside as much as possible. Between working as a nanny and teaching whitewater kayaking and rock climbing classes, I have learned to be very patient and caring while simultaneously guiding kids out of their comfort zone and challenging them. I have a 10-year-old pit bull mix who I love above all else, so I'm very comfortable with pets! I recently completed my PhD and am currently on the job hunt, so I'm most likely to be able to help with more short term needs.

Tori was our baby’s first nanny/babysitter from 3 months - 7 months old and she was amazing. She was so sweet and caring to our daughter, was very attentive to her needs, worked with us to figure out bottle feeding and naps and weird infant schedules, and just stepped into our household very naturally. I cannot recommend her enough for whatever your family’s needs are!
