With 10+ years of experience caring for children from infancy through the early school years, I'm a dedicated, and knowledgeable caregiver who genuinely loves working with children and their families. I believe even the littlest people are capable, brilliant, and deserving of respect. My approach to caregiving is warm, present, and empowering - creating a safe environment where children feel supported while also having the freedom to explore, build confidence, and develop their independence. I especially love positions that allow us to spend plenty of time outdoors. I believe the natural world is one of the very best classrooms, and I'm always happy to trade screen time for muddy boots, beach walks, garden projects, or an afternoon exploring outside.
