My calling is to support adults and seniors, nurturing their well-being and independence. My years of experience have solidified this passion, building upon positive experiences in previous care roles. I approach each day with patience and empathy. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I respect the independence of those in my care. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and manage medications. I communicate with families through daily reports, always following their preferred method. I am comfortable with pets. Knowing I can make a real difference in someone's life brings joy to my work.
