Victoria was GREAT when she actually showed up. She was kind to our daughter and was super fun. Unfortunately, she was tardy most times and eventually just stoppes showing up. She didn't call, text, or let us know in the Care app that she wouldn't be able to come in. We had to miss multiple days of work to make up for her lack of communication and commitment.
