About Victoria

I have a rich background in childcare and child ed, having worked for over 6 years in early childhood education, student tutoring services, and as a caregiver. My experience outside of childcare is as a creative: I work regularly as an actor and director in NY. SO- if your child is looking for someone to care for them who has a creative mindset, look no further! I'm passionate about working with children because I believe childhood is where we lay foundations for the rest of our lives. When working with kids, I'm deeply conscious of not only what we're doing together, but HOW we're doing it: using positive language, encouraging 'try, and try again', and celebrating creative problem solving. I'm CPR and first aid trained, with specialized training working with children on the autism spectrum, including nonverbal children.
