About Victoria

Hi! My name's Tori. I have a rich background in childcare and child education, as I previously worked at a daycare, a children's summer theatre camp, and as a private tutor. I am currently employed as a part time nanny for a toddler, as well as a newborn photographer! My experience outside of childcare is as a creative: I work as an actor, director, video editor and photographer. SO- if your child is looking for someone to care for them who has a creative mindset and loves imagination and play, you have found your girl! I am passionate about working with children because I believe childhood is where we lay the foundations for the rest of our lives. So, when working with kids, I'm deeply conscious of not only what we're doing together, but HOW we're doing it: using positive language, encouraging 'try, and try again', celebrating creative problem solving, and creating a safe space for big feelings.
