I'm currently employed as a multiple disabilities aid through my local school district. I assist in the day to day activities for kids with a varying level of needs to help them get through the school day including diaper changes or assistance in going to the bathroom on their own, behavior management, assistance with school work or school related activities, lunch routine or help feeding or whatever needs they have that may arise throughout the day. I have also done in home care for teens/adults with special needs and assisted with all the needs that would arise inside the home (changes, showers, bedtime or morning routine, hoyer lifts for in/out of bed and/or shower, crafts/activities, meal prep, house cleaning).
