About Victoria

Howdy, my name is Victoria. I am one of the most compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers with a genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and feel safe. I have training as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has given me the skills to support children with special needs, understand behavioral patterns, and help build positive routines that encourage independence and confidence. Working with young minds--especially those who may need a little extra patience, understanding, and support--has always been close to my heart. I take pride in providing families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are not only cared for but truly seen, valued, and nurtured. Whether I'm helping with daily routines, encouraging learning through play, or creating a calm and supportive environment, my goal is always to help children thrive while making life a little easier for the families I serve.
