Hello everyone! I've been babysitting/nannying since I was 16 on and off for different wonderful families throughout the Las Vegas, NV area, I'm now 31. I have cared for multiples/twins/girls/boys and each experience has taught me a new lesson in childcare, one being that every family will need a personal style of assistance that fits them best. There is not a one size fits all care method as each child and family member is unique from another. Patience, mutual respect, and great communication on both sides of every parent/caregiver dynamic are necessary for childcare transitions & finding a perfect fit!
