About Victor

I'm a father of two boys, 18 and 15, and childcare has been part of my life for more than 40 years. As the youngest of eight siblings, with 18 nieces and nephews and 30+ great-nieces and nephews, I've been babysitting and caring for children since I was 10. I've cared for children of many ages, personalities and needs, including children on the autism spectrum and with learning differences. I'm patient, dependable and comfortable creating routines, helping with homework, preparing meals, getting kids to activities and keeping them engaged. Raising two boys has taught me that every child is different. I meet kids where they are, build trust and make sure they feel safe, supported and heard. I also believe communication with parents is essential.
