I have always been comfortable with caring with the elderly and find to it be very enjoyable interacting with them and listening to their life experiences. I cared for Flora who was a very nice lady, she was immobile and wasn't able to do anything for herself. I cooked and cleaned for her as well as bathed her and changed her bandages and we sat together and chatted about her and her family, about the past and her experiences in life. I also cared for an older gentleman named Larry he was a very intelligent man we would sit together and I would listen to all of his accomplishments in his life, which were very intriguing. Larry was able to move around on his own, but I ran his errands for him and cooked and cleaned for him as well. I believe that I enjoy their company as much as they enjoyed mine. Available for companionship, housekeeping and meal prep.
