About Vicki

Our family is incredibly grateful for the compassionate care Vicki provided to my mom throughout her cancer journey. She is truly one of a kind. From day one, Vicki was consistently reliable, punctual, and dependable. She gave us a great sense of safety and knew she would be there if we needed her. Vicki’s communication was exceptional. She kept us informed, listened carefully to our concerns, and always made us feel like we were partners in helping care for my mom. She also had an incredible ability to think outside the box, often anticipating our family’s needs before we even realized them ourselves. Time and again, she went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable, safe, and receiving the best possible care. Additionally, part of what set Vicki apart was her unique ability to adapt to my mom’s personality. My mom was naturally reserved and independent but Vicki approached her with patience, kindness, and genuine respect. She met my mom where she was, creating a sense of comfort and trust that meant so much to all of us. My mom often described her as her friend and was very fond of her. During one of the hardest chapters of our lives, Vicki brought not only professionalism and skill but also empathy, compassion, and unwavering support. She cared for my mom with dignity and treated our family with kindness every step of the way. We will always be thankful for the difference Vicki made in my mom’s life and in ours. I mean this with every fiber of my being, we could not have done this without her. She is truly an angel, and I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a caregiver.
