About Vickie

I started daycare in 1985 and started foster care in 2001. I had licenses in both areas. I love children of all ages. I took 10 years of training workshops. I especially like to work with children, newborn to age 5. In foster care, the children's care was 24/7. In foster care, I took care of children with special needs and children with delays, and some with behavioral issues. I took them to rehab or therapy, doctor or counseling appointments. I also taught at workshops on being a foster parent. I had over 50 children come through my home. In Daycare I had 5 full time and 2 part time children. I was very organized and structured. The ages of the kids ranged from newborn to 4 years old. I like to cook and clean, doing crafts and reading books. Also, I love going to parks and walking. I enjoy children of all ages!
