I'm a creative and friendly caregiver with four years of experience caring for children of all ages. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and engaging in verbal communication during pickup. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I also believe in fostering a sense of mutual respect and understanding with children. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at once and have experience with children aged 1 to 11. Besides English, I'm also fluent in Spanish. I'm comfortable caring for pets.
