About Viannca

I have two years of experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic. In this role, I provided one-on-one support to children with autism, helping them build essential life, communication, and social skills through evidence-based behavioral interventions. I collaborated closely with families, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other team members to create personalized care plans and track each child's progress. My experience has given me strong skills in patience, empathy, and behavior management, as well as a deep understanding of child development and individualized care.
