About Vianca

Hi! My name is Vianca, and I'm a caring, dependable childcare provider with experience as a nanny, babysitter, and substitute teacher. I've worked with children of different ages and have experience preparing meals, assisting with daily routines, supervising activities, helping with reading and projects, and creating fun, age-appropriate, screen-free activities. I'm patient, responsible, attentive, and passionate about creating a safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable learning and being themselves. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate with and support children and families from different backgrounds. I'm currently pursuing my education with the goal of becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist, so I have a special interest in child development, communication, and helping children build confidence.
