My name is Veronica, and I've spent the past few years working closely with kids of all ages--many with autism, developmental delays, and other disabilities--across home, school, and community settings. I recently earned my degree in Psychology with a minor in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, and I'm currently gaining hands-on experience while working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I've supported children through respite care, behavior support programs, and early education classrooms. I'm comfortable managing routines, behavior plans, and sensory needs, and I do my best to create a calm, safe, and encouraging space where kids can grow and feel understood. I'm dependable, patient, and happy to jump in wherever I'm needed--whether that's helping with daily transitions or celebrating small wins that matter.
