Veronica started working for us full time in January. She is a very sweet, friendly and responsible nanny and arrived on time and ready to work hard everyday. Our daughter loved her calm temperament and she was able to learn the job quickly. With that being said, when I called her reference she had warned me that Veronica was not reliable and randomly quit without notice. She did the same with us. After working for us for 5 days she sent me a text saying her last day would be in 3 days. We had agreed to 2 weeks notice in our contract. While we were impressed with her as a person she may have a hard time sticking to work commitments long term.
