We interviewed Veronica in our home. She was incredibly responsive setting up the interview and replying to follow up requests for references (which we checked and they were very positive). She is fun and high energy and expressed a willingness to follow our instructions and wishes for our daughter. She had great questions and thoughts about structuring a day and dealing with tantrums. I wish that we'd been able to hire her, but our daughter's needs just ended up needing to be met in a school program for now. Would definitely hire her, though, and she's been very gracious. Would recommend!
