Veronica has been attentive and loving towards our daughter who she has helped care for since she was three months old. This helped ease my anxieties having to return to work while having a newborn at home. She is flexible with her schedule and communicates regularly throughout the day. Some of our instructions and preferences have had to be reviewed and repeated a few times for follow through but overall she is receptive to feedback.

Veronica is an incredible Nanny. She was with our family only for a few months, short term, and we are very sad that we could not continue together in the long term.  She is extremely loving and careful and clearly loves what she does. She takes her job very seriously and has a wealth of experience with newborns, infants and kids. She shares her knowledge and carries it with her in her job, but does not push her own preferences - she follows the guidance of the parents. She's punctual and also flexible. She always manages to stay busy even when the baby is sleeping by doing lighthouse work like laundry, dishes and keeping up with the kitchen, and baby's room organization. I would definitely recommend her.

Veronica cared for my infant son (starting when he was 5 months old) as if she were family. She is warm, dependable, caring and is excellent with my child. My son lights up when he sees her, and she cared for him 9 am - 5 pm. She would prepare organic food for him, buy the ingredients herself, take care of his bath time, nap time, laundry, feeding, and also take him out for plenty of walks to the park. I have never worried about my son's well being with Veronica - we will miss her so much! She is a fantastic childcare provider and I cannot recommend her enough.

Veronica is an absolute joy to be around. She has always been on time and usually arrives 10-15 min early, and my 14 month old daughter absolutely adores her. I'm confused as to the negative reviews and as to why anyone would bad mouth someone they've never met! 

Vivi has the energy of a woman half her age, and loves going to the park, playing games, and  she is always kind and loving towards my entire family. I have directly observed her teaching my daughter manners and how to be a nice, and gentle young lady. She respects my wishes in terms of what food to give my daughter and always leaves the house cleaner than when she arrived. We cannot say enough good things about her!

Ms.Veronica is my emergency nanny whenever I have to work extra hours or weekends! She is dependable take really good care of my 3 kids and keep the house clean and tidy I am still hiring her whenever I need! Highly recommended!

Hi. Veronica asked me to write a review for her when we declined her for an interview. Very strange.

We scheduled an interview with Veronica. She was suppose to come to our house so we can meet in person. When it was close to our appointment time, she called and said she is lost so she will be late. I tried to give her direction both over the phone and text but she was lost. I stood on our street about 15 minutes so when she is going up the street she can see me. I kept calling her & she wasn't picking up her phone ,thinking she doesn't have reception. It turned out she had gone back to her house! Finally when she picked up, she said "I'm sorry, I couldn't find your house so I went back home". To me that's being unreliable.

My family is fortunate to have found Veronica. I dreaded returning to work because of the lack of high quality childcare, but we struck gold with Veronica. She is reliable, honest and lovingly patient with my son. 

I love that she engages him with books, play, and my favorite, song. She has a beautiful voice that relaxes him before nap time. I have total confidence in her. She's fantastic!

Veronica is a lovely woman. Loving, nurturing, responsible and dedicated to the families she works for. Veronica worked for me for about a year when my son was a newborn. I would highly recommend her as a nanny for a child or children of any age.
