Hello there, I'm Veronica a responsible, educated, entertaining and creative nanny/educator. I have a Masters in Education & studied adolescent psychology. My educational background really prepared me for this type of work. I like to have our days planned out but am great in a pinch and can adjust to whatever is needed of me. I understand that this job requires a lot of flexibility and I find the most success when communication is straight forward and clear. An ideal situation is one where I can quickly understand the rhythm of the family, thus anticipating needs in order to best serve the families I've been privileged to work with. The biggest family I have assisted had 10 children ranging from 1. 5 yrs old to 17. That experience really helped me to organize my time bc the needs were so great. I prefer a smaller family where I can have more time for the kids and really get to know them. I've yet to meet a child I didn't like. I have impeccable references. I really love this job.

Veronica is a caring and trustworthy care giver. She initially was hired as a tutor to assist our then 7 year old twin daughters when they needed extra help in school. Our nanny had an emergency in her family and we were scrambling for childcare. Because Veronica had already built a lovely rapport with the twins they didn't really want anyone new and requested that she stay on. Luckily Veronica was able to move things around and took the job. Veronica was incredibly responsible and really engaged the twins. Our nanny returned 4 months later but our relationship with Veronica has continued. She was able to continue tutoring and the girls are in contact with Veronica and occasionally she comes and babysits them when we are in a jam or have last minute needs. She is tidy, responsible and very engaging. Veronica has become a friend to our family. Anyone who hires Veronica will be fortunate as she goes above and beyond to care for children. She's one in a million.
