About Veronica

An MIT grad with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and a career as a wedding photographer after being an engineer at Boeing. I have experience with caring for and teaching children of all ages, especially 1. 5-5 years old. After being the full-time stepmom to a special needs toddler (age 1. 5-4) I have experience doing the day-to-day tasks as well as helping with speech development in neurodivergent children. I specifically have experience with Gestalt language processing. I also was a swim instructor for a couple years, have experience helping with young twin children, and tutoring children of all ages in math. I enjoy creating a calm yet fun environment that brings education into playtime. I believe in a nice balance of active and relaxing play as well as encouraging books and Montessori-style toys rather than electronics. I'd love to help your kids' social, educational, and emotional development while you take time to do things for yourself!
