About Veronica

In the past, I worked as an Occupational Therapist, in hospitals, rehab centers, home health, nursing homes and also with children in schools and hospitals. I am available to do a variety of tasks including companionship care, meal preparation, transportation, assistance with self care, mobility, home care tasks, and have worked with people who have all kinds of disabilities. I have a background in art and framing as well. I love nature and enjoy the outdoors. I recently ended a year and a half of volunteer work providing weekly art classes to residents living in a special dementia wing of a long term care facility. I take pride in getting to know the families I work for and can be very supportive in stressful situations, but like to be upbeat and have a sense of humor as often as possible.
