I contacted Veronica in response to her application to work for my parents. She was kind and personable. I thought she would be a great fit for my parents needs. I texted her to touch base with her before she went to my mom's house, she answered and said she would be there...she didn't even show up. I was really depending on her. My mom is in a wheelchair and my dad has a walker and cannot make their own meals, my mother needs a lot of assistance. She didn't even show up. I do not recommend her.
