Veronica is wonderful. I have physical and mental health issues that make basic adulthood very challenging, so my apartment was really, really REALLY dirty and extremely messy. Veronica made it not just livable again but nice. She got rid of all the cobwebs, got my total mess organized, washed dishes by hand after cleaning my (ew!) kitchen, cleaned every surface, took out bags and bags of trash and empty boxes, swept (she wanted to vacuum but my cat was already flipping out so I wouldn't let her) and mopped, cleaned my (ew!) toilet and shower so they shine . . . And she was super nice and understanding about it the whole time. I plan to work with her in an ongoing capacity so my apartment stays as beautiful as it is now. Completely awesome experience.
