We exchanged messages and I asked her if she could complete a specific set of tasks given our budget. She assured me she could, despite my concerns that the time allotted was not enough to complete what I needed to have done. She did a great job of cleaning, but while on the job she said she didn't have enough time complete the other tasks I requested (help keeping up with laundry) and said she would need to charge extra. I understand miscommunications can happen, but when I said it wasn't going to work out to continue if she couldn't complete the tasks I asked, she responded with an unprofessional temper.
