I have found Veronica very caring with the students/children in her care. Everything she does is done in love. Safety is a top priority. She is very respectful to those she is working with and working for. She works hard and pays attention to detail. Veronica likes to take initiative, preparing for the next day or the special needs of any of her children. However, she will also hold back if her manager or parent wants something different. I know children and students are cared for, protected, and taught well with Veronica as their caregiver/teacher.
