About Veronica

Coming from a family of eight, patience, creativity, flexibility, and problem solving are all qualities I possess. I have plenty of experience watching children of all ages. I will enforce the rules you set for your children through gentle encouragement and kind promptings. I always incorporate crafts and activities into each day. I believe playing outdoors is important in a child's development and set aside time for outside activity as much as possible. I attended culinary school, so I'd be happy to prepare meals if needed. Throughout college I developed a love for organization and cleanliness, so that's something I would bring to this job. I've taught kids ranging from k-12 for several years so I can help with any homework if needed. Between my teaching experience and having two siblings on the autism spectrum, I have plenty of experience working with special needs children and can easily modify activities as necessary.
