I run a full-time healthcare consultancy business dedicated to assisting families in transitioning their loved ones to assisted living facilities in the DC area - services include: Moving Assistance: relocation process. Facility Location:Guidance in finding suitable assisted living or memory care options. We can assist in Provider Appointments, organizing, companionship, excursions, night sitters, post surgical visits and dementia related complex care. I primarily focus on the NW DC area. To better understand your needs, please provide your approximate location, the duration, and frequency of services you require (e. g., 2-3 visits a week for companionship).
