We hired Veronica as our full-time nanny for our first child in 2020. She stayed with us for two years, including after we added twin baby girls in 2022. We would have loved to continue working with her but we relocated across country. Veronica was dependable, hard working, and adaptable. She was creative with activities for our toddler while adhering to an important routine for her. She took feedback well and worked with us to make developmentally appropriate adjustments to the care, routine and discipline of our toddler (who was very devoted to Veronica!). She also helped us maintain our household by keeping up with dishes, laundry for the babies, and tidying the kitchen. We highly recommend her!!
