For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and reliable care to adults and seniors, driven by a genuine desire to enhance their well-being and independence. I find fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives and offering families a dependable support system. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I prioritize earning my clients' trust and respecting their independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or behavioral changes with care. I provide respite care, transportation, run errands, offer light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with medical management, and provide mobility assistance. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have some college experience, am certified in CPR and First Aid, and speak both English and Spanish.
