I have over 20 years of experience working with seniors. I started out working in a nursing home as a house keeper but was always helping the residents with various task. That led to me pursuing a career as a caregiver. Over the years I've worked with patients with Alzheimer's, ALS, and PLS. Being a companion and caregiver is my passion. I find my work very rewarding and I am able to give back to my patients what was given to my mother when she was in the care of other caregivers. I take pride in my work and I treat everyone as if they were my family.

Verona took care of my disabled wife for more than 12 years, until her death late last year. She takes her job very seriously and views it as her calling. My wife's neurological disease progressed over the years to a point where she needed help in every phase of daily living. Bathing, feeding, dressing, transferring, dispemsing and taking medications, doctor and hospital visits socializing and watching TV with her, and more. My wife went from a cane to a walker to a manual wheelchair, a power scooter, a power wheelchair, and finally a Hoyer lift. Verona does everything carefully, thoroughly, and correctly. My family and I depended on her and she never let us down. Anyone she helps will be a very lucky person. I certainly was.
