During my externship, I worked in the ER which I really enjoyed. Additionally, I became a Medical Typing Instructor after I graduated from school. I taught my students Medical Terminology, Transcriptions, Proper Resume, ICD 9 CPT Coding and much more! I also worked at a hospital providing care for the terminally ill patients with respiratory problems, tracheotomy and much more. I also worked at facilities taking care of Alzheimer's/ Dementia patients. I went to school and graduated with 4. 0 GPA for my Associates Degree of Science in Healthcare Management. I also taught Home Health Aide I had 30 plus students successfully graduated. I truly enjoy what I do which is providing good care, and companionship for the sick and elderly. My availability is Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturdays, and Sundays.

I hired Vernice thinking we had more time for my mother to be in her home. She met her on a Thursday and by that Monday my mother was needing to be placed in a facility. In the few days with my mother, Vernice created a wonderful bond with both her and I that words cannot express. It has been such a work derail experience having Vernice even for just a short time. She has been available even when we thought we didn’t need her anymore. We are so grateful she came into our lives when she did.
