About Vera

I am a caring, dependable childcare provider with over 30 years of experience. I raised three daughters and helped care for my three grandchildren, and I have been the full-time caregiver for my granddaughter since she was 5 months old. I am available Monday-Friday mornings until 1:00 PM, as well as weekends. I provide a safe, loving, and patient environment where children feel happy and well cared for. Although I do not drive, I am very active and take children on daily walks and to the park. I enjoy keeping children engaged and active throughout the day. My first language is Portuguese, and I also speak some Spanish. My English is limited, but I communicate with children through kindness, routines, and patience, and I can use translation apps if needed. I am legally authorized to work in the U.
