About Venus

I've been caring for children since I was 13 years old, growing up in a large family where caring for kids quickly became second nature to me. Spending time with children and supporting their growth genuinely brings me joy. Beyond caring for my own family's children, I've worked with a professional babysitting agency as well as at a gym that provides childcare services, which has helped flourish my experience with childcare. I have hands-on experience with children ranging from 5 months to 13 years old and am committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children feel supported and cared for. I value clear, consistent communication with parents and make it a priority to keep families informed about routines, expectations, and childcare guidelines. I'm skilled in managing daily routines, multitasking, problem-solving, and supporting each child's individual development. My goal is always to ensure children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to learn and grow.
