About Venture

Working with children has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Growing up with two younger siblings, including one with autism, shaped my understanding of patience and empathy. This taught me the importance of celebrating each child's individuality and supporting their unique needs. Through roles like gymnastics coach and snowboarding instructor, I've been able to connect with kids, boost their confidence, and share my love for the outdoors. I believe every child deserves the chance to explore the world. Whether through outdoor adventures or creative activities, I strive to create an environment where they feel safe, valued, and free to express themselves. It's incredibly rewarding to see them overcome challenges and discover new experiences. Ultimately, my love for working with kids comes from wanting to help them navigate the world and find their passions. It's a privilege to be part of their journey and foster growth as they explore life's wonders.
